When we arrive on site it will be some time before we commence cleaning with our high powered machine. Whilst the machine is set up, and the water heated to the correct temperature we will be thoroughly hoovering your carpets. We know that you probably hoovered them before we arrived... and we certainly don't think that you fail to hoover regularly, however, we need to use our high powered hoover to remove as much dust, hair and debris as possible. This helps us to ensure that the carpet cleaner is doing actual cleaning, rather than just an extensive hoover. As many of our customers know we love dogs, and have our own,🐕🐶🐕🦺🐩 but know that some additional preparation is required in dog friendly homes. We sometimes use a special tool to lift the dog hair from the carpet before doing a deep hoover and professional clean. All of this preparation ensures that we get the best possible result from the process, resulting in a really clean, fresh smelling carpet!
